    Canine Scent Inspections provides non-invasive canine scent detection and mold inspection support services in Walla Walla, WA and surrounding regions. Our detection dogs are trained to alert to the presence of mold odor. Our services are informational and investigative in nature and are not a guarantee that all mold has been located or that a property is mold-free. We do not provide mold remediation, medical diagnosis, or medical advice.

    4. Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellation

    • Inspection appointments are scheduled based on availability and may require a deposit to confirm.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
    • Travel fees may apply for inspections outside the primary service area and will be disclosed before booking.

    5. Limitations of Liability

    Canine Scent Inspections is not liable for any mold, moisture, or environmental condition that is not detected during an inspection, including mold concealed behind structures, materials, or areas not accessible during the inspection. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific inspection.
