Hadi Ali
Hadi founded Canine Scent Inspections out of a personal commitment to healthy living environments. With years of rigorous scent handler training, Hadi specializes in interpreting canine alert behavior and documenting alert locations and observations for the client. Snow and Otis are certified mold detection canines, each certified as a handler-dog team with Hadi and Sage through Rival K9's Mold Detection Dog Program. Their trainer, Russ Bishop, is a former police K9 handler certified through the Utah P.O.S.T. K-9 Program and a P.O.S.T.-credentialed instructor. Rival K9 trains detection dogs for law enforcement, military, and private work.
Sage Ali
Sage oversees client relations, environmental sample coordination, and field operations. Dedicated to empowering homeowners and functional health patients with clear, actionable indoor air quality data.
Otis
Otis is a highly driven scent detection dog certified through Rival K9's Mold Detection Dog Program. With hundreds of hours of imprint training on live mold species, Otis can discriminate active mold scent from dead spores or household odors with remarkable precision.
Snow
Snow excels at commercial grid searches and complex architectural layouts. Methodical, calm, and incredibly focused, Snow helps identify areas where odor associated with active mold growth is present across large commercial spaces.
